About Dr. Lee
Dr. D. Lee Stoltzfus (Dr. Lee), the founder and CEO of L.I.F.E. Management Systems, has been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist in Southern California for over 30 years and an Executive and Management Coach for over 25 years. His practice is currently located in the Greater Los Angeles area and serves clients nationwide.
Dr. Lee works with individuals, families, couples, leaders, organizations and teams using an eclectic approach drawn from classical and current, leading edge theoretical orientations, such as psychodynamic, family systems, cognitive behavioral, attachment theories and organizational development. He believes that one of the keys to successful coaching and psychotherapy is being really present and available to support the client’s growth and development.
Skill building and homework assignments are also a regular part of his treatment strategies, including journaling, meditation, exercise, assertiveness, and other stress management and self-care skills. These are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, team or organization.
Since Dr. Lee also has a master’s degree in Theology, he is quite open to the spiritual needs and concerns of his clients, as they many times seek greater meaning, purpose, passion, power, forgiveness, and transcendence in their daily lives. Seeing clients achieve greater integration of mind, body, emotions and spirit, he says, is a true peak experience!
